HIO BLUETOOTH APP GUIDE
1. Overview
The HIO Bluetooth App allows you to monitor your lithium battery’s status in real
time — including voltage, current, temperature, SOC (State of Charge), and health
information — directly from your smartphone. It provides clear insights into battery
performance and helps with diagnostics when needed.
2. Download & Installation
Scan the QR code or search “E-BMS” in the App Store / Google
Play to download and install the app.
3. How to Connect
1. Open the app.
2. Create an account or continue as a guest.
The app will automatically scan for nearby HIO batteries.
3. Select your battery(H51105Cxxxx)
Check the Bluetooth ID on the battery label, then:
- Select the matching battery from the list, or
- Enter the last 4 digits in the search bar for quick access.
4. Once connected, all data will be displayed in real time.

State of Charge (SOC %)
Indicates how much battery capacity is remaining.

Total Voltage
Overall pack voltage (normally 47–56V depending on SOC).

Current (A)
Real-time charging or discharging current.

Temperatures
Displays internal battery temperatures.

Cell Voltages
Shows the voltage of each individual cell.
When to check: Only when requested during troubleshooting.

Cell Balancing
Indicates whether the BMS is equalizing the cells.
When it appears: Near full charge (normal behavior).

Shows whether the battery is charging, discharging, or standby.

5. Troubleshooting & Warranty Use

6. Safety & Privacy
- The app only reads data from the battery and does not change any settings.
- No personal data is stored or shared online.
- Bluetooth communication is encrypted for security.
- Location access (if prompted by your phone) is only used for Bluetooth
scanning, not tracking.
