How to Use Your HIO Dealer Dashboard
Find where to manage orders, register batteries, access dealer resources, earn credits, request printed materials, and contact HIO.
1 Orders & Invoices Invoice Payment Shipping ⌄
Use My Account to review recent orders, invoices, payment status, and account details.
Recent Order Status shows your latest dealer orders, payment status, fulfillment status, and estimated shipping updates when available.

2 Register Batteries Single and multi-battery registration ⌄
Use Battery Registration to register HIO batteries for warranty tracking.
For one battery, use the single battery registration form. For multiple batteries, dealers can use Bulk Registration to submit several serial numbers at once.
Please make sure the serial number is copied correctly from the battery case.

3 Request Printed Materials Submit requests for approved dealer materials ⌄
Use Printed Materials Request in Dealer Tools to request eligible printed or promotional materials.
Requests are reviewed by HIO before approval.
