WARRANTY REGISTRATION
To activate your warranty protection, please register your product within the required timeframe.
Requirements
- All products must be registered within 60 days of the purchase date to activate the 10-year warranty.
- Warranties are non-transferable.
- Proof of purchase is required.
TROUBLESHOOTING ASSISTANCE
If you notice abnormal behavior, charging issues, alarms, or Bluetooth data irregularities,
please submit a troubleshooting request.
We will ask you to:
- Describe the issue
- Upload Bluetooth app screenshots, check the bluetooth app guide for screenshots
- Upload photos/videos related to the problem
*This form does not initiate a warranty claim. Our team will assist with
troubleshooting and guide you to the warranty process if needed.
WARRANTY CLAIM
If troubleshooting confirms that your battery is defective, please submit a warranty claim:

- The battery must be registered, and the information you provide should
match the original registration details. - Please include any relevant evidence and a clear description of the issue to
help us process your claim more efficiently.
Notes:
- If you are unsure about the issue or unable to collect sufficient evidence, please complete the Troubleshooting Request first for further guidance.
- If you believe the battery is defective and already have complete supporting evidence, you may submit a Warranty Claim directly.
- We will reply to your request within 24 hours during business days.
